FAQ: well now what?

How is Well Reserved different than taking a class at a gym or studio?

Well Reserved sessions are fully customized fitness & wellness experiences for you and your group. We feel that relationships with your friends, family and/or your significant other is just as valuable as your well-being so we make sure your fitness experience is one that incorporates both. With WR, you are not trying to get into a class with your friends, you're reserving a personalized sweat-sesh with your friends. With WR, you and your friends don't need to belong to the same gym to be able to workout together. 

My friends and I want to workout together, do we each have to book separately?

Nope, think of it as a dinner reservation... "I'd like a workout for 10 people this Thursday night at 7pm!" One friend can reserve a sweat sesh for the whole group. Once you select a sweat session on our site, add to your cart, go to checkout and there you'll be prompted to tell us how many and who will be joining your workout. Only the person making the reservation will be charged in advance and the remainder of the group will be charged at the workout, prior to starting. 

What type of workouts do you offer?

Strength Training, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, and Barre-less Barre. If you what you're looking for isn't listed, ask us and we'll be sure to have it available!

Do I get to chose the instructor for my session?

You can certainly let us know your preference on instructor and we can do our best, but it ultimately depends on their availability.

How do I add a post workout extra to my sweat session?

Once you've added a sweat session of your choosing to your cart, at checkout, you'll be prompted with a question asking you if you would like a post workout extra. Select yes and once your reservation is complete, you'll be contact by our team to begin planning your experience and which extras you want to add.

Do you offer monthly memberships?

Not currently, but should that change, we'll be sure to let you know!

What fitness level do I need to be?

You are not required to be at any fitness level for Well Reserved. The best part is that your group may all be at varying fitness levels and still enjoy a sweat session together. The instructors can work with any fitness level and can tailor/tweak the workout to the group they're teaching or training. 

Do I have to bring my own water, towels, mats?

Nope, we provide all that for you and it's include in your rate... just bring your selves (and your workout attire)!

What is your cancellation policy?

Once you have reserved a session with us, please make sure to cancel 48 hours in advance for a full refund. If your reservation included any additional "post-workout extras" please note that cancellations will need to be made 7 days prior to your reservation for a full refund. 

I live outside of the tri-state area, can I still reserve a sweat sesh?

We currently only serve the tri-state area (NY, CT, NJ), but are looking to expand soon. If you happen to be traveling to the tri-state area, ask your hotel concierge to contact us to reserve a sweat session for you and those traveling with you.
